To assist families during the negative economy, CCP & E will not raise the summer tuition for 2009 but request your assistance in helping to cover the cost of your child’s field trips.  We have made great strides in keeping the cost low and do not anticipate a trip that will cost more than $12.  All students are required to wear a UC;CU T-shirt, which will be tie-dyed on Tuesday June 16, 2009 during an Art Lesson.  As years before, you only need to fill out one permission slip for the entire summer’s activities, provide sunscreen, and turn in a completed medical consent form for us to apply it.  Closed toed shoes are an absolute.  We will take all students skating at parents request next door at Golden Skate World on Mondays from 10 to 12:30.  The cost is $5.50 and includes lunch.  Helmets brought from home are recommended for children under 5 years of age.    

This year’s theme is inspired by shows such as American Idol/America’s Got Talent/So You Think You Can Dance and God’s Word  where it reads “…we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand.”  Ephesians 2:10.  We are excited to present our summer program in a way to glorify the Lord and watch our students flourish in their God Given Gifts and Talents.  Appropriately titled, Uniquely Created; Created Unique will provide an opportunity for students to experience areas of talent from a Christian prospective.
